Centre for Sustainable Energy will continue the Warmer Homes Advice and Money project (WHAM), which supports Bristol and North Somerset’s most vulnerable residents – giving advice on energy, money and benefits, and carrying out home repairs WHAM ensures vulnerable households (those in fuel poverty and/or whose health or circumstances make them vulnerable to a cold home) can freely access optimum in-depth and expert support of Bristol and North Somerset’s leading organisations tackling all aspects of fuel poverty: CSE (energy); Talking Money, Citizens Advice Bristol and North Somerset (CA), North Bristol Advice Centre (NBAC) (financial capabilities), WE Care & AMS Electrical (housing improvement).
