Funded Project: Description
Warmer Healthier Homes SW Devon (WHH) is the continuation of an existing Energy Redress funded project providing high quality, in depth energy support to vulnerable householders in SW Devon. The project will target the most vulnerable in a wider area with home visits and detailed phone advice, offering crisis grants and small measures, and onward referrals to whole house retrofitting and wellbeing support where possible. WHH provides a unique service in SW Devon in the level of detailed support which leads to a meaningful improvement in the affordability of energy and wellbeing for vulnerable householders.
