Funded Project: Description
South West London Energy Advice Partnership (SW Leap) is a new energy efficiency advice service for vulnerable consumers that offers home energy visits, telephone, email and online advice and conducts outreach visits to talk to users of community centres and other local service providers. All advice given is recorded and estimates of the financial savings and carbon reduction impact of the service are made. Volunteers are trained to give energy advice and gain work experience, giving them practical skills to assist in entering the expanding green jobs market.
