Funded Project: Description
The project will provide high quality targeted energy casework and support to hard-to-reach vulnerable people living in high areas of deprivation in the districts of Bassetlaw, Mansfield and neighbouring regions. Advice and support will include; negotiating with energy suppliers on the client’s behalf, billing support, energy efficiency advice, fuel debt, and raising awareness of energy schemes/grants. They will deliver advice to people in person at their home, at outreach venues, partners hubs, their office locations, as well as by phone and other digital channels.
