Norfolk Warm and Wise Partnership is a county-wide energy advice scheme to reach and support 2,000 households in vulnerable situations. New qualified energy advisers will be employed to offer energy advice training to all 244 volunteer and staff advisers across Norfolk and deliver free and impartial energy advice to vulnerable households via email, free-phone and online. Once Covid-19 restrictions allow, they will also offer face-to-face sessions at 12 Citizen’s Advice offices across Norfolk and 11 outreach locations.
