Local Energy Advice Project (LEAP) offers a holistic approach to empower vulnerable people to deal with their energy bills and household income more effectively. This will be achieved by delivering one-to-one tailored energy advice sessions (either by telephone, face to face or home visits dependent on Covid-19 restrictions), ongoing casework for complex issues and group energy sessions (either online or in person).
