Funded Project: Description
Healthy Homes, People, Lives and Communities will support a minimum of 3000 vulnerable households and 5000 residents across North Wales to be warmer, safer and healthier. Employing a holistic approach that identifies and prevents fuel poverty to enable residents to get on-going, sustainable support in the region. By providing immediate, direct support to households, training frontline staff to provide ongoing support, and enabling people to address fuel poverty as well as avoidable health and well-being issues, the project will help create warmer, safer and healthier communities across North Wales.
