The project will establish a new community energy team to support the most vulnerable within the Govan community to deal with fuel poverty.  It will partner with Govan’s three Housing Associations – Elderpark Housing Association(EHA); Govan Housing Association(GHA) and Linthouse Housing Association(LHA). These Associations own and manage over 4000 properties, with 83% of households located within the most deprived 15% of datazones (SIMD20).
