Funded Project: Description
The project will build on the energy advice offered by the organisation, and provide training to their staff who visit vulnerable elderly energy consumers at home, from NEA and HEET so that they are able to; identify risk factors that suggest an older person is disadvantaged in the energy market or is struggling to maintain adequate warmth, resolve basic energy related problems, make appropriate internal and external referrals for further support including for income maximisation support, advocacy for complex cases and home energy efficiency improvements.
