Funded Project: Description
Energy advisors will provide vital energy advice and support to vulnerable households in West of England, Wiltshire, Somerset, and Berkshire. Alongside the telephone advice line, advisors will undertake outreach activities, delivering local talks in community venues and advice surgeries. To meet the demand for this service, the project aims to support 4,628 vulnerable households with advice and support. The project will also expand their ‘no heat’ triaging system to Wiltshire and Somerset, this service identifies and provides timely and focused support to resume heating.
