Funded Project: Description
The Empowered project will provide free social welfare advice, case-work and support, to vulnerable energy consumers to reduce fuel poverty across Rhondda Cynon Taff. A part-time Specialist Energy Adviser will undertake holistic assessments of each consumer’s needs, to identify the root causes of their energy problems and to find solutions.
