The project will enable the Centre to employ a BSL Energy Champion who will be trained to deliver energy awareness, advice and guidance to Deaf people, supported by a team of volunteers.

All communication will be in British Sign Language (supported by Interpreter where required). The Champion will deliver 20 awareness/education events over 2 years across South Wales as well as detailed one to one sessions with deaf households to help them save energy and money in their homes.
