Voluntary Action South Leicestershire (VASL) Carers Warm and Well Together
Funded Project: Description
The Carers’ Warm and Well Together project will work with VASL’s Support for Carers (SfC) clients and partners across Leicestershire to support carers to save energy, reduce bills and maximise their incomes whilst maintaining their wellbeing. This will improve the lives of vulnerable carers, their cared for and wider family. The project will skill VASL’s Support for Carers workers to recognise energy issues, provide basic advice, and refer carers for support. Carers receiving energy support will be followed up across the project and it will give VASL energy-related knowledge and skills for the future.
