WattWise Inverclyde

Charity
Inverclyde Community Development Trust

The project aims to ensure that the most vulnerable households across Inverclyde can access impartial energy advice, advocacy and support. Weekly drop-in sessions across their community pantries, hub and partner venues, one-to-one appointments at suitable locations across local venues, and workshops focused on energy literacy and energy consumer rights will support households to take control of their energy bills and develop their knowledge and confidence. Advisors will also undertake negotiations with energy suppliers regarding debts and re-payments, as well as referring appropriate households to Home Energy Scotland to access national and local schemes for energy efficiency measures to make homes warmer.
