Disability Solutions Energy Support

The project will provide specialist support to energy consumers in vulnerable situations who have an energy problem relating to payment or supply difficulties, and who have been unable to resolve the issue with their energy supplier. The project aims to help people get satisfactory redress on their energy problem and give individuals the confidence and knowledge to tackle future energy problems themselves. They will work with energy suppliers to ensure that energy consumers are treated fairly and receive positive outcomes from their supplier as well as support energy suppliers to better meet their regulatory obligations.
