Connect | Cysylltu Ceredigion

Ceredigion has a uniquely high proportion of off-gas homes, energy inefficient housing and low-income households. This project aims to reach vulnerable and digitally excluded households in Ceredigion to deliver energy information, advice and support. Proactive communications and a mix of in-person, phone and digital delivery will ensure access for all whilst targeted events and strong referral networks will prioritise those most vulnerable energy consumers. The project will be led by a designated energy team, working with local groups and partner organisations. The project aims to achieve increased household incomes, reduced energy spending and indebtedness, access to energy efficiency capital measures, as well as greater skills, confidence and resilience for all households.
