Groundwork London COMFORT
Funded Project: Description
COMFORT (Collaboration to minimise fuel consumption for residents in west London) will enable the growth and development of a successful partnership between Groundwork London, two Local Authorities and numerous other local community partners, to support the most vulnerable/fuel-poor households in west London. Through a combination of high-quality energy-advice home visits, online/telephone consultations and frontline training, energy advisors will directly support 1,350 fuel-poor households, benefitting around 6,255 residents. COMFORT aims to improve the energy-efficiency of homes and help vulnerable energy consumers to better represent their interests in the energy market.
