The Energy Redress Scheme Evaluation Reports

We’re pleased to publish the latest Energy Redress Scheme evaluation reports.

The Energy Redress Scheme funds projects delivered by charitable organisations and community groups, that support energy customers in vulnerable situations, develop innovative products and services related to domestic energy use, and projects focused on reducing carbon emissions, across England, Scotland and Wales.

Phase 1 Evaluation Report

This evaluation report examines the impact of the first contract period from 2018 to 2022 (Phase 1) of the Energy Redress Scheme.

Phase 2 Evaluation Report

This evaluation report examines applications made under Phase 2,  which covers activity relating to grants issued after 5 May 2022 until 3 October 2023.

Ofgem Energy Redress Scheme Evaluation Report

This evaluation report examines activity made in both Phase 1 and Phase 2, including outputs and feedback provided by grantees until 30 August 2024.
